Out of hours

When the Surgery is closed dial 111 when you need help fast, but it is not an emergency.

The out of hours service is at Louth Hospital, Urgent Care Centre, High Holme Road, Louth LN11 0LU.

Opening times: 6.30 pm – 8.00 am Monday to Friday & 24 hours Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

If, for any reason, you are unable to contact a doctor out of hours in an emergency, please ring 999 and ask for an ambulance.
